The transformation of an exclusive 5-star hotel in the Bay of Santa Elena — an iconic project to be developed in two phases: the first focused on the full renovation of the hotel, and the second on the introduction of branded residences.
Located in a protected area of outstanding natural beauty and ecological diversity in Bahía de Santa Elena, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, this project involves the transformation and repositioning of the “Dreams Las Mareas” hotel into one of the world’s most iconic 5-star hospitality brands.
